To enhance team cohesion and deepen trust and collaboration among colleagues, the Marketing and Engineering Departments of Dongguan Xinteng Electronics Co., Ltd. organized a New Year's Eve team building activity, welcoming the new year together with fireworks, barbecue, and games.
As dusk fell, the team building venue was already set up. The charcoal on the grill sizzled, and skewers of meat and vegetables tumbled on the grill, filling the air with their aroma. Everyone worked together, some grilling the food, others preparing sauces, and the distance between them quietly shortened amidst the smoke and aroma.
After the barbecue, the fun games organized by the Marketing Department officially began. The two classic games, "Who's the Spy" and "Number Bomb," instantly ignited the enthusiasm of everyone present. Colleagues participating in the "Who's the Spy?" game used their meticulous logic and tacit eye contact to outwit each other in a battle of wits and deduction. The "Number Bomb" game further heightened the tension; as the range of numbers shrank, everyone's hearts pounded, and gasps and laughter filled the air. The punishment for the game-eating incredibly sour lemons-brought the joyful atmosphere to a climax.
The most anticipated part was the fireworks display and the New Year's countdown. As the dazzling fireworks pierced the night sky, their brilliant light illuminating everyone's smiling faces, everyone spontaneously took out their phones to capture the beautiful moment. As the countdown numbers gradually reached zero, shouts of "3! 2! 1! Happy New Year!" echoed throughout the venue, with everyone congratulating and blessing each other, pushing the joy of the New Year to its peak.
