Blister Tray

The blister tray primarily serves for positioning and support. Made of high-temperature resistant, solder-resistant transparent PET material, it can withstand reflow soldering at 260°C without deformation. The blister tray typically features slightly raised circular grooves to secure the four pogo pins and prevent displacement under high temperatures or vibration. Furthermore, its flat bottom surface allows for contact with the PCB pads, ensuring a stable installation and preventing warping.

Pogo Pins

Their internal structure is a typical high-current design, primarily composed of pins, insulating beads, springs, and pin tubes. The pins and pin tubes are plated with a 0.5µm thick gold layer, and the springs are plated with a 0.025µm thick gold layer. The spring pins have passed a 48-hour salt spray test and exhibit a contact resistance as low as 50mΩ.

The spacing between each pogo pin is 3.5mm, ensuring electrical safety clearance while maintaining a compact layout within the circular structure.

Plastic Housing

The plastic housing encases the pogo pins, providing insulation, dust protection, and shock resistance. It also boasts high hardness, abrasion resistance, and high-temperature resistance, making it particularly suitable for interfaces requiring frequent plugging and unplugging. The inner wall of the plastic housing is securely attached to the blister tray via snap-fit ​​or heat-shrink connection, eliminating the need for additional screws and saving space.
