This pogo pins adopts precision machining technology, with a structural design of 11mm height and 1.6mm needle diameter, which combines strength and stability. Precautions for using pogo pin
- In the design, insufficient pressure or inadequate thrust may lead to unstable impedance, affecting the normal operation of the equipment. Conversely, excessive pressure may damage the tube opening, causing pin jamming and resulting in unstable connections.
- During assembly, care must be taken to avoid impacts to the tube opening, especially during installation. Impacts to the tube opening may cause pin jamming, affecting the connection performance of the pogo pins.
- During the design and assembly phases, special attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the battery contacts and FPC gold fingers that mate with the pogo pins. Oxidation or contaminants on the surface will significantly reduce electrical contact performance.
