1. Send your drawings, current and voltage requirements, and usage environment. Alternatively, send us samples directly. If you don't have drawings, send us some photos of the PCB board and clearly describe your requirements. Our engineers will design and draw 3D drawings based on your needs.
2. 2D drawings and a quotation will be provided within 1 business day.
3. Sample production will be completed within 3–7 days after receiving the sample fee (10 days for complex structures).
4. After sample confirmation, mold making will take 7–15 days, followed by small-batch trial production of 500 pieces for verification.
5. Standard delivery time is 14–25 days; urgent orders can be coordinated.

Q: What types of connector pogo pins are available?

Solution Evaluation -- The manufacturer's technical team assesses feasibility, providing 2D/3D design drawings and a quotation.
Sample Confirmation -- Pay the sample fee; we will produce a sample (3-7 days); customer testing and verification.
Mold Development -- After sample confirmation, mold opening (7-15 days); small-batch trial production.

Q: What's the difference between 7-pin and 5-pin connectors besides the number of pins?
A: The structure is the same; the main difference is in current distribution. If you need a total current of 3A, 7-pin can distribute it across each pin, resulting in lower temperature rise. If it's just charging and single-point data transfer, 5-pin is sufficient. See the 5-pin specification page for details.
Q: Is 20u" gold plating enough? I want to save some costs.
A: It's possible, but I generally don't recommend it. 40u" gold plating is fine indoors, but if your product is in contact with skin (like a fitness tracker), or in humid environments like those in the south, oxidation and poor contact can occur after six months, leading to more costly repairs. Last year, a customer who made neck massagers used 1μm plating to save a few cents, resulting in problems during the rainy season. They later switched back to 40μm. So unless your product is completely stationary and never comes into contact with water, I recommend at least 2μm plating. Save money where it counts, not where it doesn't.
