Precautions for using pogo pin
- The pogo pin must be used according to the compression stroke specified on the engineering drawings. The compression amount is typically 2/3 of the total stroke. Insufficient pressure and thrust will lead to unstable impedance; conversely, excessive pressure will damage the tube opening and cause the pin to jam.
- During assembly, care should be taken to avoid applying excessive pressure to the tube opening to prevent external impacts that could deform the opening and cause the pin to jam.
- The battery contacts connected to the POGO pin or FPC gold contacts must be kept clean and free of dust, oxides, etc.
